If you would like to go ahead and register to store your baby’s stem cells with Smart Cells in the UK then please follow the steps below:

  1. Download the Client Registration Form - this can be printed out, completed and either emailed to info@netcells.co.za or faxed to +27 11 697 2901.
     
  2. A copy of the Agreement and Informed Consent are available for your information.
     
  3. Once we have received the client registration form and confirmation of the collection fee payment, you will be contacted within 48 hours* for Netcells’ consultant to arrange to meet with you to handover the collection kit.
